1:1 COACHING
The work is diagnostic before it is prescriptive.
Most coaching begins with goals. Quadrosa begins with patterns — the internal dynamics that shape how you think, decide, and operate under pressure. What follows is structured, rigorous, and built around how you actually work.
WHO THIS IS FOR
You may be in the right place if any of this is familiar.
These are not problems. They are patterns. And patterns can be worked with.
You perform consistently but it requires more mental effort than it should.
You find yourself in reactive mode more often than you'd like — and you can't always name why.
Your responsibilities have expanded but your systems haven't caught up.
Recurring patterns show up under stress — self-criticism, avoidance, over-analysis — and you recognize them but can't always interrupt them.
You can't name exactly what's wrong. You just know something is off.
You want structure and rigor, not encouragement and accountability check-ins.
WAYS TO ENGAGE
Ways to work together.
FOCUSED ENGAGEMENT
Clarity Sprint
6 sessions · 8–10 weeks · One primary focus area
A focused engagement designed to address one clearly defined challenge — a transition, a pattern, a decision point, or a system that isn't working. Structured for people who need clarity on a specific thing, not an ongoing coaching relationship. Six sessions over eight to ten weeks. The check-in and Saboteur Assessment® are included as the foundation before any sprint work begins.
ONGOING ENGAGEMENT
Strategic Coaching Retainer
Bi-weekly sessions · 3–6 month minimum · Adaptive focus
An ongoing coaching relationship for leaders navigating sustained complexity. Focus shifts as the work requires — from pattern interruption to system design to decision-making under load. The minimum commitment reflects the depth of work required to produce durable change. Bi-weekly sessions with asynchronous support between them. The most comprehensive engagement Quadrosa offers.
GROUP + ORGANIZATIONAL
Workshops + Group Programs
Cohort-based · Organizational teams · Custom engagements
Structured programs for organizations, leadership teams, and small cohorts. Current offerings include the PQ® Mental Fitness Program — a six-week group coaching experience for professionals serious about interrupting the patterns that surface under pressure. The program runs in cohorts and is also available to individuals who want the group experience without an organizational context. Organizational and team engagements are scoped individually.
HOW IT WORKS
Every engagement follows the same sequence.
Step 01:
Leadership Focus Check-In
A short diagnostic that identifies patterns affecting your focus and performance. Determines whether and how to proceed.
Step 02:
Saboteur Assessment & Debrief
A structured assessment of internal patterns, reviewed together in a live session.
Step 03:
Coaching Engagement
Clarity Sprint or Strategic Retainer — determined by the check-in and debrief.
Step 04:
Tools
Integration
Time System™, Houston™ (select engagements), and Intentional Mind Journal™ introduced where relevant to support the work between sessions.
A senior executive came to Quadrosa at a standstill. High-achieving by every external measure — and completely stalled. The burnout wasn't visible to anyone around her. The lack of forward motion was visible to her every day.
The work began with diagnosis. Not goals, not action plans — an honest assessment of what was actually in the way. What emerged wasn't a performance problem. It was a clarity problem with a direction problem underneath it.
Eight months later she had left her executive role and successfully launched her own business. The launch wasn't the outcome we planned for. It was the outcome the work made possible.
"I came in knowing something had to change. I left knowing exactly what it was — and how to build it."

IMPORTANT
This work is not for everyone.
Being direct about this is part of the diagnostic-first approach. If the following doesn't sound like you, there are other coaches better suited to what you need.
This is not hand-holding or cheerleading. If you want to feel better about where you are, this is not the right fit.
This is not crisis counseling. If you are in acute distress, please seek appropriate support first.
This is not a quick fix. The minimum engagement length exists because meaningful change takes time.
This is not for people unwilling to examine their own role in the patterns they want to change.
