PQ®️ Mental Fitness Program

Six weeks. A measurable shift in how you think under pressure.

The PQ® Mental Fitness Program is a structured six-week intervention built on Positive Intelligence® research. It targets the internal patterns — the saboteurs — that interfere with focus, decision-making, and sustained performance. Not a mindset course. A neuroscience-based practice with a track record.

THE PROGRAM

Built for people who are serious about how they perform  and want to perform with less friction.

Most people are not held back by skill gaps. They're held back by internal patterns that surface under stress — the drive to over-control, the reflex to prove, the tendency to catastrophize, the pull toward perfectionism. These patterns have names. They can be interrupted. That is what this program is designed to do.

The PQ® program runs six weeks. It combines daily app-guided practice, weekly group coaching calls, and one-on-one check-ins. By the end, you will have a working practice for intercepting the patterns that cost you the most — and a measurable baseline to track the change.

The PQ App

Available on iOS, Android, and desktop, the app delivers your daily practice — typically 15 minutes — through guided exercises, progress tracking, and tools specific to your saboteur profile. The practice happens in the app. The coaching makes it applicable to your actual work.

Daily Practice

The program runs on repetition, not intensity. Short daily exercises — done consistently over six weeks — interrupt the automatic patterns that surface under stress and replace them with a practiced response. This is what produces change that holds after the program ends.

Effective Change

The PQ® program addresses root causes, not symptoms. Stress, self-sabotage, and reactive decision-making are outputs of specific internal patterns. The program identifies which patterns are most active for you and gives you a working practice for intercepting them before they make decisions on your behalf.

Cohorts are intentionally small — six to eight participants. This is not a course. It is a coaching group, and the size is part of what makes it work.
