Quadrosa Coaching was founded in 2021, in the wake of a moment that reshaped how we live, work, and connect. The global health crisis brought the world to a pause—and with that pause came deep reflection. Many of us found ourselves asking big, honest questions:

What really matters? What are my goals? Where do I want to be?
At Quadrosa, we created a space to explore those questions—thoughtfully, intentionally, and without judgment.
What emerged from that time was a commitment: to help emerging professionals grow into the kind of leaders they want to be—not just on paper, but in practice. We specialize in coaching around executive functioning, leadership development, and strategic communication—the core skills that drive confident decision-making and sustainable success. Whether you're navigating a new role, leading a team for the first time, or simply trying to build systems that work for your life and brain, we’re here to help.
Our approach is clear-eyed and compassionate. We don’t believe in cookie-cutter solutions. Instead, we meet you where you are, and walk alongside you as you clarify your direction, strengthen your voice, and chart your path forward.

ABOUT ME
Hi there! My name is Jenny, and I’ve been advising and guiding professionals, colleagues, and mentees for over a decade—helping them break through what’s holding them back and move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose. In every role I’ve held, coaching and problem-solving have been at the heart of my work. Whether it’s navigating career transitions, managing complex responsibilities, or refining leadership presence, I’ve always been driven by one goal: helping others thrive.
I bring that same energy and intentionality to my coaching practice—working with emerging leaders to develop stronger executive functioning, more effective communication, and the mindset needed to lead with impact. There’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing my clients grow into their goals, knowing they’ve built the skills to sustain their success.

Born and raised in New York, I’m the daughter of immigrants and a proud first-generation college graduate. My lived experience deeply informs my approach—I understand the challenges that come with carving your own path, especially in spaces that weren’t always built for you. That’s why I’m especially passionate about supporting professionals who are ready to lead on their own terms.

I’m a Certified Professional Life Coach, with certifications in Diversity and Inclusion (Cornell University) and Inclusive Leadership. I also hold an M.P.A. in Public Affairs and a B.A. in Journalism and Media Communications.
