About me.
My name is Jenny Fernández, MPA, CLC
I’ve spent over a decade advising and guiding professionals, colleagues, and mentees helping them break through barriers and move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Coaching and problem-solving have been at the heart of every role I’ve held, from navigating career transitions to refining leadership presence. My goal has always been the same: to help others thrive.
In my coaching practice, I bring that same energy and intentionality to working with emerging leaders by strengthening executive functioning, sharpening communication, and building the mindset to lead with impact. Seeing clients grow into their goals, equipped with the skills to sustain success, is the most rewarding part of my work.
Born and raised in New York, I’m the daughter of immigrants and a proud first-generation college graduate. My lived experience shapes my approach. I understand the challenges of carving your own path, and that’s why I’m especially passionate about supporting professionals ready to lead on their own terms.
I’m a Certified Professional Life Coach with credentials in Diversity and Inclusion (Cornell University) and Inclusive Leadership. I also hold an M.P.A. in Public Affairs and a B.A. in Journalism and Media Communications.
